FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

How long does a custom order take?

It all depends on the availability. I always inform you how long you will have to wait, depending on the size of the painting, its complexity, and the time it takes to dry properly. If there is no queue, the order is fulfilled within a few weeks.

Do you only ship within Lithuania?

I send paintings all over the world. Shipping is free in Lithuania. The paintings arrive safely to all countries, because they are really securely packaged so that they arrive at your home safe and sound and make you happy.

Can I return a custom order?

Individual orders cannot be returned. Before confirming the order, all details, colors, size, what you want to see in the painting, price, delivery terms are discussed with the customers. During the process, customers are sent photos before the painting is completed. If necessary, minor corrections are made (adding colors or reducing them, etc.)

What paints are used to paint pictures?

The paintings are done with acrylic paints. Sometimes I use a textured, special paste to achieve certain effects.
